Montenegro destination-led programme — Lovćen National Park & Boka Bay experiences

the challenge

As a first-time destination for this client, Montenegro carried no prior track record to build on — every venue, supplier and experience had to be evaluated and secured from scratch.

With 120 delegates, the programme needed a single, reliable base for the conference itself, while still giving guests room to explore Montenegro's contrasts — coast, mountains and cultural landmarks — without the logistics becoming a distraction from the event's core purpose.

our approach

The programme was anchored at Regent Porto Montenegro, whose waterfront location supported the conference while giving guests easy access to the marina and surrounding to wnin their own time.

Around this base, we built a mix of shared and elective experiences — a common gathering point at Lovćen National Park for the fullgroup, paired with a choice of activities so guests could shape part of the programme around their own interests.

• Arrival and Coastal Discovery‍

Guests arrived via a speedboat transfer that included a stop at the historic submarine tunnels — an early, memorable introduction to Montenegro's coastline ahead of check-in at Regent Porto Montenegro.

• Mountain experience at Lovćen National Park

A cable car ascent, traditional folklore welcome, and "Lunch in the Clouds" brought the full group together at Lovćen — the shared highlight of the programme, chosen for its panoramic views and cultural introduction to Montenegro.

• Curated destination experiences

Guests chose from a catamaran cruise, kayaking, ATV touring, wine tasting and cycling — five elective experiences designed around different interests and paces.

• Celebratory farewell‍

The programme closed with a farewell dinner at Nikki Beach Montenegro, combining destination cuisine, live entertainment and a party atmosphere as a send-off before departure.
