Short Intro
An annual reward trip for which Montenegro was selected as a new destination, giving participants the opportunity to experience something different and discover the country’s diverse experiences and unique character.
Project Facts
The programme was designed for a small group of 16 participants, with One&Only Portonovi providing the ideal setting.
Its exceptional location and world-class service offered the perfect combination of luxury hospitality and access to Montenegro’s stunning natural surroundings, allowing guests to enjoy both premium hotel facilities and the beauty of the destination.
Shortly before the programme, one of the planned venues cancelled at the last minute.
Through quick response, flexibility and strong local partnerships, we provided an alternative solution and ensured a seamless experience for the client.
The programme continued smoothly, with participants enjoying a high-quality experience without any disruption.
The programme was designed to showcase Montenegro as a destination of diverse experiences, combining wine heritage, the sea and the mountains within a few days.
It highlighted the country’s premium venues and the unique, high-quality experiences available across different locations.
Day 1 | Arrival & Welcome
The programme started with a speedboat ride from Herceg Novi, with a saxophone performance and sparkling wine inside an abandoned wartime tunnel, followed by lunch in the intimate atmosphere of One&Only Portonovi.
The day concluded with a scenic ride in vintage cars to Savina Winery and dinner in a beautiful setting overlooking the bay.
Day 2 | Boka Bay & the Mountains
The second day began with a speedboat ride and a refreshing ice cream stop at Porto Montenegro marina.
The programme then continued by jeep to Lovćen National Park, where guests enjoyed lunch in a stunning mountain setting, accompanied by a traditional folklore welcome at the foot of the Njegoš Mausoleum.
The journey then followed the scenic serpentine road back towards the coast, with breathtaking views over the landscape, before concluding with a waterfront dinner at a local restaurant, combining a relaxed atmosphere with authentic Montenegrin hospitality.
Day 3 | Discover Montenegro in Different Ways
Some guests visited an underwater winery and mussel farm in the bay, tasting wines aged beneath the sea, while others discovered the historical charm of the Herceg Novi area, including a visit to Villa Galeb in Igalo, the former residence of Josip Broz Tito.
The day concluded with a sunset yacht cruise to Nikki Beach Montenegro, followed by dinner in an elegant and vibrant atmosphere.
Day 4 | Departure
On the way to Dubrovnik Airport, guests enjoyed a relaxed final stop in Cavtat, where a memorable lunch offered a pleasant opportunity to unwind and reflect on the journey before heading home.
The programme received excellent feedback from the client, who greatly appreciated the opportunity to experience Montenegro from multiple perspectives.
The combination of diverse destination experiences and a high-end incentive setting created a memorable and well-balanced journey for all participants.

A last-minute venue cancellation is one of the most stressful situations in MICE delivery. For us, the real test was not just finding a replacement, but doing it fast enough that the guest experience stayed uninterrupted.
