Montenegro is a small country full of hidden and unrevealed, beautiful areas that you can enjoy and reach quickly. In its five national parks, Montenegro jealously guards an outstanding beauty. Durmitor, Skadar Lake, Biogradska Gora, Prokletije and Lovćen are of immeasurable importance for Montenegro as a tourist destination, and they form an ecological and geographical unit that is protected by state laws. Within these areas, you will get the chance to explore the concealed natural beauty and cultural heritage of our country.

The Bay of Kotor is the southernmost fjord of the Mediterranean. Tourists pay special attention to the beauty of this Bay. The magnificence of a rare fjord on the Adriatic will leave you breathless as no words could describe it. Chained by cliffs, overlooking the meandering straits, and sparkling sea currents, the Bay of Kotor looks like a large blue set of civilisation's most beautiful achievements.

Nature divided the Bay of Kotor into four smaller ones: Herceg Novi, Risan, Kotor and Tivat. Like a shell full of pearls, Boka is full of beautiful tiny villages and places with a rich tradition and culture.

Although seriously damaged by the 1979 earthquake, the principal monuments and historic urban areas have been carefully restored and reconstructed under UNESCO's auspices and, have retained their architectural, urban, and historical authenticity.

Discover the Bay of Kotor and define why this place is the first step to get to know Montenegro.

In the embrace between the river Bojana and the Adriatic Sea, 15 km from Ulcinj, there is a paradise island, famous worldwide for its nudist village and pure nature. Although located in the Mediterranean belt, the island has a subtropical climate. It is adorned with a unique eco-system and breath-taking sunsets. Ada Bojana is the perfect place for camping, kite-surfing, water sports, or just chilling in an area that is the gift of nature.

Near Cetinje, below the Belvedere viewpoint which offers a view of Lake Skadar valley, the Lipa Cave is located. This is a wonderful gallery of underground halls of exceptional speleological value. The total length of the explored corridors is about 2.500 meters. Inside, you can find several exciting theatres and galleries and a whole wealth of cave jewellery. Underground watercourses, lakes, and springs increase its natural beauty and make it even more attractive.

Located on the slopes of Mount Savina, above the eponymous monastery and the Old Town of Herceg Novi, family Obradovic has built one of the most beautiful boutique wineries in Montenegro and may we dare to say - in the Adriatic. The sun-kissed vineyard still gives grapes today, as they used to in the 18th century, from which, in French oak barrels, matures one of the finest Montenegrin wines.

Botanical park Tivatska Solila (Tivat Saline), located near Tivat, on the site of former salt pans, between airport Tivat and peninsula Lustica, is a unique natural bird sanctuary

Visitors come here to observe birds like pink flamingos or Javanese cormorants. This location won an Award for the top 100 Sustainable Destinations for 2020 by Green Destinations nomination.

The Lustica Peninsula is located at the entrance to the Bay of Kotor, opposite of the Tivat Riviera and near the Tivat airport. This beautiful piece of land is the only part of the Bay of Kotor that faces the open sea from Lustica Bay position and with a gorgeous view of the Tivat and Herceg Novi Riviera on the other side.

The impression left by the beauty of this area is splendid. Green hills, olive groves and woods, and hidden paths leading to the azure coast will appear before your eyes. Holidays in Lustica are the best choice for people who want to escape from the city crowds, who avoid nightlife and parties. You can stay in a small hotel, private houses, and apartments by the sea and experience life as a local. Typical Mediterranean Riviera lifestyle will amaze you and, you will wish to come back for more!

The most beautiful part of Budva is its Old Town. Its walls are the guardians of the history of this city and the most exciting section for visitors. Although a tiny fortress, the old town is the centre of cultural events and a place designed for hedonists. There are museums, restaurants, cafes, beaches and markets in its surroundings, so it is not difficult for visitors to decide how to spend their time.

The medieval Keep of St Mary in Budva, known better as Citadel, is the central building and the most impressive part of the city. Inside, you will find a maritime museum, library, and steep stairs, which lead to the wall, which offers a beautiful view of Budva and the sea.
